We have never used a car service for airport transportation but decided we wanted to give it a try for our recent family vacation. I contacted Houston VIP Taxi based on the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did. We could not have been more pleased with our driver, Lo, and his services. He responded to my initial inquiry quickly and was at our house at 5:15 am on the dot to take us to IAH. I really appreciated his flexibility picking us up after our return flight which was delayed and ultimately cancelled. He stayed in contact with me throughout the ordeal and was waiting for us the moment we exited baggage claim. Also, the suburban used for our family of 4 was very clean and comfortable. This service is an incredible value and we will definitely be calling them for future trips. ~ Annelyse F

I hired a cab from VIP taxi to take me to jury duty on June 13th. It's more expensive than taking an Uber or a lyft, but it was well worth it. I'm not going to go on and on about how clean the car was (which it was), or the fact that the driver was a hell of a nice guy (which he was). But I AM going to make a big deal about his driving! Normally when you hire a ride, it's a "pick any 2" kind of situation; speed, safety, or smoothness of ride. Pick any two. But this guy was all three! He made the toughest part of the morning the easiest. I wish I could recommend him by name, but I never caught his name. Still, if all of the drivers at this company are like him, then I couldn't recommend them enough! ~ Dave T

I was in a pinch and had to schedule car service for my manager from Houston to the airport. I'm in another state so was very worried about finding a reputable company. The gentleman I spoke to when I called to arrange service was very professional. I asked that the driver call me to let me know they were at the location waiting, and the driver did just that. He actually called to let me know he was on the way. The meeting ran over, so my manager was late. The driver called me, but wasn't angry and he too was very professional. I haven't heard about the ride yet, but am thrilled with the service. I asked the driver not to leave and called him to check in. He assured me that he would wait. We requested a cab to pick us up at Houston/Hobby on Monday 10/31/22 at 4:30 pm. to take us to our home address. After a couple of reminders, we received a text that same day from Pasha informing us he would be the driver picking us up on said date and time. When our flight had landed, he sent another text at 3:38 saying he would meet us inside the terminal, near the baggage claim area. Sure enough there he was at 4 pm with my name flashing on his phone at baggage claim. He had managed to track our flight to know exactly when we would be landing. He helped find our luggage, took them to his car and loaded. He was very courteous and managed to drive thru Houston rush hour traffic. Writing this right after our experience with Houston VIP Taxi. I was very impressed! The whole process was hassle free- you book online and know what you are paying before the trip day. If I had any questions, I could call them and they always had someone on the line. They are incredibly professional and polite! My family and I had a graduation to attend and it was important that they were punctual. Our driver Akbar kept me posted, contacting me the day before to confirm and exactly 10 minutes before our scheduled time to tell me he was there. I really appreciate this service and it is by far the best taxi service I've had. ~ Blossom

Pasha was fantastic, very professional and a superb driver. The car was very clean and smooth ride (Black Suburban). I had a 1 1/2 hr flight delay and he already knew this before I had even contacted him and was waiting the moment I came out of baggage claim. Originally booked my reservation online which was quick and easy and asked for Pasha on the return drive to the airport and he was right on time. I have used other taxi and private car services in Houston and Pasha was by far the most friendly, best price and most professional car service. I'm a repeat customer of Houston VIP Taxi. Whenever I need a ride to or from the airport, I call them because I know that they are reliable. The driver is usually early, polite and professional. The SUV they pick you up in is clean and spacious. I would expect them to cost more than a regular cab to the airport, but they don't. Being a control freak, I don't like leaving taxis up to chance so I use VIP Taxi because I know they'll wait for me at the airport with a sign of my name or they'll come early to pick me up to take me to the airport. Few Months back i've visited Houston, TX and hired the fleet services of Pasha namely as Houston VIP Taxi, during my trip i commute through Pasha's luxurious vehicle which i guess i found to be up to standard equal to limo... Great experience overall. We got picked up from the airport in a SUV suburban, the man helped us put all our luggage in the back. Our flight was an hour late, and he had already known that. We got picked up at 11:30 pm. The car was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation on the whole trip. When we arrived to the house he helped up take our luggage to the porch. It was also very easy to pay with a card. We will definitely be using this service again. ~ Alicia M

Can't say enough good things about the overall experience with pick up from home to Hobby Airport and return pick up to home. Mor, our driver from the airport to home was personable, efficient and an excellent driver. VIP TAXI confirmed our pick up the morning of our flight which arrived in the late afternoon. I travel every week on work, and I've been using this cab service for over 3 years. I've always had reliable service, prompt pickup and delivery times, and friendly drivers. Pasha is my main cab guy and I've never had a cause for complaint. Cabs are impeccably clean and spacious - no foul odors, loud music, or messes that you would find in other cars. All in all - a very good experience - week after week. I would not use any other cab service. ~ Biju J

Loved this service. Went from the George Bush Airport to the University of Houston in a different cab service and it cost me around $65. I called Lo at Houston VIP Taxi and had a cab on time at my location and he got me back to the airport for only $55, flat rate. The car was nicer than my first cab experience and so was the driver. My driver was a friendly, warm person that was easy to converse with. I very much enjoyed this service and would recommend it to anyone coming to Houston! ~ Robert T

While planning our first family vacation in 5 years, my husband and I decided to try this taxi service and we are glad we did!!! The drivers were on time, polite, and our second driver even waited 2 hours for us while we were disembarking our cruise ship (the disembarkation took much longer than expected). I needed a transportation service from my house in the suburbs to the airport, as well as a return, for my family. Since we had an early international flight and it was Spring Break, I needed a 2:30am pickup. A shuttle service I had used for many years would not do it. I called Houston VIP Taxi because of the great reviews and they were immediately responsive. Mike assured me he would have his best driver there to pick us up and he worked with me when I repeatedly changed the pickup time. He was kind, patient and professional. Mr. Pasha arrived on time in an immaculate current year model suv and he, too could not have been more professional and patient. Our flight home was plagued by aircraft issues and despite getting in many hours later than planned, Mr. Pasha was waiting for us and again, very patient and helpful as we waited for our luggage to be sorted out. I cannot say enough about this company, Mike or Mr. Pasha. They deliver above and beyond service; stay in communication; and have transparent/competitive pricing. I would NEVER use another company. We used Houston VIP Taxi to get to/from the Bayport Cruise Terminal in mid-November 2014. Yes, Houston VIP Taxi might cost a little more, but you are picked up on time or even early. You get calls and texts on arrival times. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Drivers are friendly, but focused. So, the bottom line, once you make a reservation, you can count on the service. I highly recommend this company if anyone needs transportation to/from the airport. They are quick to respond, always available, and extremely dependable. They make going to the airport so easy and seamless (and stress free!). Charge your phone, have some water, or take care of business on your ride there. In the middle of Imelda when other companies were not answering the phone and Ubers gave up for hours, Darlene and Anish picked us up with a smile and turned everyone’s day around. Fantastic service, got picked up at my location near the cruise port in a very new, clean, and modern shuttle van. Driver was very courteous and made sure we were comfortable the whole ride. Will absolutely use again and will highly recommend. Much cheaper than Uber and Lyft ~ Kia

Very nice spacious shuttle and the driver is very friendly. We used the shuttle service for our return trip back to airport in Houston after our first good trip to Galveston. Will use again when cruising put of Galveston, as they are friendly and affordable. ~ Tim S

I had a great experience. It was $65 for Hobby airport dropoff from Dickinson, TX. They will quote a price when you book the ride, so it shouldn't be surprise. Driver was nice and wore a mask, and this was end of July 2021, when covid was not going bonkers. Thumbs up! ~ Carrie C
